You charge all your armament attacks with electricity coming from your body. For every Resource you spend you add a d4 of damage + your small casting Modifier added at the end. You can keep this ability going each round without spending an action you keep respending the Resources spent at the start of the round.

While charge is active on your body and you grapple someone every action you have them grappled will cause them to take your casting modifier of damage.
